Police are investigating the suspicious death of a woman in Campania overnight.
Police and emergency services were called to a residence in Native Corners Road about 3:30am, following a report of a seriously injured person who had potentially been hit by a car.
The woman was located by first responders and sadly was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 38-year-old Campania man was taken into custody at the scene and is assisting police with their investigation. Police including officers from CIB, Forensics and Uniform attended the scene and are conducting examinations.
