Police have charged a teenager following a break and enter at a Rochedale property on May 2.
It will be alleged at 4.08pm, three males forced entry to a Perring Crescent house, before a resident who was home at the time disturbed them.
The group then fled in a stolen Blue Mazda CX8.
No property was stolen, and the resident was not physically injured.
On May 20, police arrested and charged a 16-year-old Crestmead boy with one count of enter dwelling and commit and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Brisbane Childrens Court on June 10.
Investigations are continuing in relation to the two other males.
Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
