Police have charged two men following an alleged incident at Kummbarilla on Thursday, 20 August.
It will be alleged, about 1pm, a man stopped his vehicle on Kumbarilla Lane when he was threatened by two men in a black Volkswagen Passat, who appeared to be armed with firearms.
The man left the area but was allegedly followed and threatened again a short time later when the Volkswagen overtook him.
The man was not physically injured during the incident.
Following investigations, police located two men at a Dalby property around 10.30am, 21 August.
A 26-year-old Ducklo man has been charged with 10 offences including three counts of common assault, two counts of authority required to possess explosives and one count each of enter dwelling and commit, unlawful possession of weapons category A/B/M, unlawful possession of weapons category D/H/R, possess shortened firearms and distribution, publication or display of prohibited symbol.
A 24-year-old Dalby man has been charged with nine offences including three counts of common assault, and one count each of enter dwelling and commit, unlawful possession of weapons category A/B/M, unlawful possession of weapons category D/H/R, authority required to possess explosives, possess shortened firearms and distribution, publication or display of prohibited symbol.
Both men appeared in Warwick Magistrates Court on 22 August.
