Sunshine Coast detectives have overnight charged a second man with murder following the death of a 25-year-old woman at Dicky Beach on Friday morning (May 27).
The 30-year-old Wartulla man has been charged with one count of murder, unlawful possession of a category A weapon, two counts of possession of dangerous drugs (cannabis and methylamphetamine) and one count each of possession of tainted property, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and unlicensed driving.
He has been denied police bail and is due to appear in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Monday.
