A 29-year-old Benowa man, who surrendered into custody at the Laidley police shortly after 2am this morning, has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, fail to comply with requirement to stop private vehicle and driving of motor vehicle without a driver licence disqualified by court order.
He was refused police bail to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on Monday.
