Police update: Fire, Crestmead

Police have released CCTV vision as part of ongoing investigations into a suspicious fire that occurred at an auto repair business in Crestmead on Sunday night.

Initial investigations indicate around 8.10pm, police were called to the Titanium Court business following reports of a fire.

Emergency services extinguished the fire which damaged 19 privately owned vehicles at the business.

While emergency services did not locate anyone injured at the scene, investigators are concerned that a person sustained injuries as a result of the incident and left the scene.

Police have released CCTV of a man who may be able to assist with ongoing investigations.

Anyone who recognises the man, or has any information about the incident, is urged to contact police.
