Police update: Missing man, Annerley

Police continue to appeal for public assistance to help locate a 41-year-old man reported missing from Annerley.

Shuxing Liu was last seen at Torrens Street on Friday, November 1 and has not been seen by friends or family since.

Police hold serious concerns for his welfare as this behaviour is out of character.

Mr Liu is thought to be using the name John or Stephen and rides a bicycle for transportation.

He collects cans and bottles around Annerley and South Brisbane to supplement his income.

Mr Liu is described as of Chinese descent, approximately 175cms tall, with a proportionate build, brown eyes and black hair.

Investigators are urging anyone who has knowledge of his whereabouts or who may have travelled along Torrens Street, Annerley between November 1 and 21 and has dash cam footage to contact police.
