Police are continuing to work to establish the movements of 19-year-old Billy Ray Waters who was reported missing to police on 11 August.
"Police hold serious concerns for Billy's welfare and we are continuing to conduct enquiries to establish Billy's movements since he was last seen," said Detective Acting Inspector Craig Fox.
Enquiries have established the last confirmed sighting of Billy was on Holbrook Street in Invermay on 4 August.
Billy is described as 175cms tall, of slim build, with below shoulder length brown hair and green eyes.
He was last seen wearing tan coloured low crutch skate pants, a tie-dye shirt, a black puffer jacket, a 'Raiders' cap and multi coloured green/grey Nike runners.
