Mandurah Police are asking 25-year-old Benjamin Alexandre NICHOLAS to come forward and contact them in relation to a traffic incident that occurred in Golden Bay around 5.40am this morning, 15 March 2019.
Officers believe he can assist them with their investigation.
Mr NICHOLAS is described as having brown skin, with a medium build, approximately 163cm tall, brown eyes, short brown hair and facial hair.
Anyone who sights MR NICHOLAS or has any information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to call Police on 131 444.
