Council has today been advised that the former primary contractor for the Bombala and Cooma Pool upgrade projects, Dalski Pty Ltd, has entered external administration.
Effective immediately, all matters relating to Dalski Pty Ltd should be directed to the Western Sydney office of Worrells, the appointed administrators for the company.
Council resolved to terminate its contract with Dalski Pty Ltd for the upgrade of Bombala and Cooma public pools at its monthly meeting on Thursday 16 April 2026.
Additional funding has since been allocated to facilitate the completion of these projects, separate from work to resolve outstanding contractual matters.
'Council is seeking a full briefing from the appointed administrator to understand the implications and next steps,' said Chief Executive Officer, Noreen Vu.
'We have informed the subcontractors and suppliers who had been engaged by Dalski that an external administrator has now been appointed and will support them in navigating the administration process,' said Ms Vu.
