A man has been charged, and police have seized drugs from a vehicle and home on the State's Mid North Coast.
Just after 10am yesterday (Friday 12 June 2026), officers attached to Mid North Coast Police District stopped a vehicle travelling on Koala Street, Port Macquarie.
The driver – an 18-year-old man – stopped as directed and officers subsequently searched the vehicle, allegedly located 250 LSD tabs and more than 110 grams of MDMA.
A short time later, police executed a search warrant at an address on Tasman Road, Port Macquarie, where they allegedly located and seized cannabis, methylamphetamine, ammunition, a knife, and $4100 in cash.
The man was arrested following the vehicle stop and taken to Port Macquarie Police Station where he was charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug more than indictable and less than commercial quantity.
He was refused bail to appear before Local Bail Division Court 1 today (Saturday 13 June 2026).
