Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Preston Settlement (Collie) last night, 28 February 2019.
About 10.50pm, a blue Holden Commodore was travelling in a south west direction along Mungalup Road. Approximately 1km south west of Kelly Road, Preston Settlement, the Commodore left the road and struck a large embankment, causing the vehicle to roll several times.
The 30-year-old male driver was ejected from the vehicle and received critical injuries. He died at the scene.
An 18-year-old female passenger received minor injuries and was conveyed to Collie Hospital for treatment before being released.
