Police have arrested a minimum-security inmate who escaped from a correctional facility at Goulburn earlier today.
The 29-year-old man, who escaped from the facility about 1.30pm (Thursday 15 June 2021), was arrested by officers from The Hume Police District while waiting for a train at Goulburn Railway Station.
He was taken to Goulburn Police Station where he is currently assisting police with inquiries.
Charges are expected to be laid.
