BIG W takes the safety of our customers and their families seriously and wishes to advise customers of a product recall on the following products:
DESCRIPTION: Infants 'That's Not My…' Coverall sizes 0000-1
Puppy: article numbers: 1120004, 1120005, 1120006, 1120007, 1120008
Kitten: article numbers: 1120009, 1120010, 1120011, 1120012, 1120013
Monkey: article numbers: 1120014, 1120015, 1120016, 1120017, 1120018
The article number can be found on the care instruction label
This product has been sold in BIG W nationally from: 24/1/19 to 15/2/19
BIG W can confirm that while there have been no reported incidents with the coveralls, the garments do not carry the fire hazard information label as required by the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Children's Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children's Nightwear) Safety Standard 2017
HAZARD: The consumer may not be aware of the fire hazard information of the garment.
ACTION REQUIRED: Customers should immediately cease using the coverall and return it to any BIG W store for a full refund.
BIG W apologises to its customers for any inconvenience caused by this recall.
