The Northern Territory Police Force is investigating multiple reports of property crime in Galiwinku.
Around 12:30am on Tuesday, the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre received multiple reports of attempted burglaries and burglaries in Galiwinku.
Police were deployed to the area and identified a group of youths had allegedly broken into the canteen of a local school, with food items rummaged through and items stolen.
A large group of up to 12 youths was allegedly involved in attempted burglaries at a local service station.
CCTV footage revealed some youths were allegedly armed with edged weapons. The youths also allegedly threw rocks at attending police, no members were injured.
The alleged offenders have not yet been identified and police are investigating if the incidents are linked.
