Proposal to Lease Land

Pursuant to section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020, Casey City Council is proposing to enter into a lease with AusNet Electricity Services Pty Ltd (ACN 064 651 118), for part of land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 12292 Folio 068, known as Lot 1 on Plan of Consolidation 379803H, located at 10A Pattersons Road, Clyde and known as Ausnet Kiosk (the Proposal). The subject land is shown on the plan below.

The principal terms of the proposed lease will be:

• Lease commencement at the date Council grants the lease

• Lease term being thirty (30) years

• Rental of $1 per annum plus GST on demand

• Permitted use is for the purposes of installation, operation and maintenance of electrical substation for the distribution or supply of electricity.
