Proposal to lease Northbrook House

In accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020, the City of Stonnington gives notice of its intention to lease part of Northbrook House, 1257 High Street, Malvern to Access Health and Community Limited.

The office space behind the History Centre at Northbrook (approximately 350m2) will be used to deliver a Headspace service; providing mental health services to young people aged 12-25 years.

The lease is proposed for an initial three-year term, with two further terms of three years each. The commencing annual rental is $27,000 plus GST.

All other terms and conditions being to the satisfaction of City of Stonnington Chief Executive Officer.

City of Stonnington invites submissions on the proposal in writing by Tuesday, 21 September 2021.
