Swan Hill Rural City Council, acting under section 206 and Schedule 10 Clause 3 of the Local Government Act 1989 ("the Act"), proposes to discontinue the road shown on the plan below; part Feldtmann Lane, Swan Hill.
If discontinued, Council will consolidate the land from the road into Council's adjacent property being Lot 1 PS807535 Parish of Castle Donnington.
After receiving any written submissions within 28 days, which will be considered under Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, Council may decide to discontinue the road, or part of the road, or not to discontinue the road.
