Ann-St-Entrance.jpg

Council will commence work next week to protect heritage trees and plantings along the Ann Street entry to the Rockhampton Botanic Gardens and Zoo.

The Ann Street entrance will be closed from 7am-3pm daily between 18-22 March to allow for the installation of bollards to protect the trees and plantings.

Botanic Gardens and Zoo visitors will need to enter via the Spencer Street entrance while these detours are in place.

Further work will continue until the end of March with no impact to vehicle access.
