Police are appealing for public assistance following an assault and damage to a car in Coburg North last month.
Investigators have been told the victim parked his car on Acheson Place when he was approached by an unknown man on Saturday 20 June about 12.45pm.
The unknown man verbally abused the victim about where he parked his car.
He then kicked the victim in the stomach and damaged his car.
Investigators have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
