Public Appeal: Sexual assault at Kingston

Police are appealing to the public for assistance to help identify a man they wish to speak to in relation to the sexual assault of a woman at Kingston on Tuesday December 11, 2018.

Around 7.00pm, a 20-year-old woman was walking home from the Kingston railway station when she was followed by a man who was not known to her.

The woman was walking northbound along Jacaranda Avenue when the man ran up behind her and sexually assaulted her before running away.

The woman continued walking along Ashton Street, where the man confronted her again and sexually assaulted her a second time.

The woman fought the man off and managed to break free, running to a nearby house where she sought refuge.

Anyone with information in relation to the identity or whereabouts of the man pictured is urged to contact police.
