Public Nuisance Charge At Maryborough

Police have charged a woman following an incident in Maryborough CBD yesterday, 27 April.

It's alleged around 9.25am, a woman pushing a pram shoved another woman with the pram on Adelaide Street, causing her to fall to the ground.

A 42-year-old woman has been charged with commit public nuisance (violent) and was due to face Maryborough Magistrates Court today, 28 April.

Investigations are ongoing, with police appealing for the victim or anyone with information to come forward.

Police would like to remind members of the public if they witness criminal activity to report it via Policelink or to call triple zero in an emergency.
