Push back against alcohol this May with a free fitness Sunday Session

We are offering free fitness classes and wellbeing activities every Sunday in May as part of Sunday Sessions, a campaign aimed at changing people’s relationship with alcohol.

Bring your friends and family to enjoy a great range of classes including pilates, yoga, boxing, spin and body pump classes for free.
