Queen Mary University of London is ranked 15th overall and 12th for graduate salaries in the UK, according to the Daily Mail's 2025 British Universities guide, improving its position from last year.
The rankings in this guide, which notes that 'of all the elite Russell Group universities, Queen Mary both walks the walk and talks the talk when it comes to social inclusion', come on the heels of other ranking success for the University in 2025.
In the QS World University Rankings, Queen Mary has climbed 35 places in two years, firmly establishing its recognition as one of the top universities in the world.
Queen Mary is now ranked 110 in the world in the 2026 QS league table. Following a 25-place increase in 2025, Queen Mary is the fastest rising research-intensive, UK Russell Group university over the past two years.
The University is also a top 100 global university and top 10 UK university for the second year running, according to U.S. News & World Report Best Global Universities rankings.
Professor Colin Bailey CBE, President and Principal of Queen Mary, said: "I am incredibly proud that Queen Mary's excellence has again been recognised in this year's QS and U.S. News & World rankings.
"Remaining in the top 100 globally and top 10 in the UK in the U.S. World rankings for a second year, coupled with our trajectory in the QS over the last two years, reflects a growing recognition of our standing as a world-leading research-intensive university."
The QS World Rankings feature 1,501 institutions across 106 locations, including 90 in United Kingdom.
