Rachael Beck Headlines Big Night Of Carols In Lismore

Acclaimed performer and Lismore local Rachael Beck will headline Carols in the Heart, returning to Crozier Field on Saturday, 6 December. Gates open at 3pm for an evening of festive music, entertainment and community celebration for all ages.

After community feedback, this year's event has been moved to Saturday evening to make it easier for families and locals to come together and enjoy the celebration. The 2024 event was unfortunately cancelled due to a major storm impacting the event setup, but excitement is already building for its long-awaited return.

Lismore City Mayor Steve Krieg said Carols in the Heart continues to be a meaningful occasion for the city.

"Carols in the Heart is a chance for our community to come together and celebrate this special time of year with our friends and families. It's an evening filled with music and Christmas cheer, and a reminder of what makes our city such a wonderful place to live," he said.

Rachael Beck, this year's headliner for Carols in the Heart, said she is looking forward to returning home for the event.

"I am so excited to be coming back to my hometown of Lismore and entertaining you with the cream of local talent. My heart will always belong to the Northern Rivers and Christmas means so much to me. It's great to be home celebrating it with you all," she said.

Supporting Rachael is a dynamic line-up of local and national artists, including Rhydian and the Residuals, Bunny Racket, Isabella A Capella, Luke Vasella and Hillbilly Skank. The evening will conclude with a breathtaking laser light show, lighting up the night sky and capturing the wonder of the festive season.

An array of food vendors will be onsite, serving a diverse range of options to suit all tastes.

Carols in the Heart is just one of many festive events lighting up Lismore this December. Others include:
