Re-appeal to locate missing woman - Concord West

Police are re-appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Concord West since late last year.

Qiuping Yuan, also known as 'Apple', aged 43, left her home at Concord West on Friday 1 November 2019 and attended a relative's house at Russell Lea. She left about 7am and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police were notified on Saturday 2 November 2019 and officers from Burwood Police Area Command have since been conducting inquiries to locate her.

Investigations to date have revealed that Qiuping got off a train at Central Railway Station, Sydney about 10am on Friday 1 November 2019.

Police continue to hold serious concerns for the well-being of Qiuping and are re-appealing for public assistance to locate her.

Qiuping is described as being of Asian appearance, about 155cm tall, of a medium build, with dark hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white and green shirt, dark pants, tan shoes and carrying a blue 'Nike' backpack.

Anyone who may have seen Qiuping or who has information about her whereabouts is urged to call Burwood Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
