Police are renewing their appeal for information to help locate Anastase who has not been seen for six months.
Anastase, also known as 'Tass', was last seen at an address on Roseberry Street, Altona Meadows on Wednesday, 8 December last year.
He was reported missing in April by an overseas relative who was unable to contact him.
Family and police are concerned for Anastase's welfare due to the length of time he has been missing and his behaviour is out of character.
Anastase does not have a current driver's licence or a mobile phone.
It's believed Anastase lived a reclusive life with his mother who is unwell and currently in hospital.
Investigators have released a new image of Anastase in the hope someone recognises him and provides information on his current whereabouts.
Anastase is of medium build, is about 175cm tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
