Renewed appeal for missing Narrabri man

Police are reappealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's north west.

Glenn Warren, aged 51, was last seen leaving a tourist village on Cooma Road at Narrabri, about 6.30pm on Friday (13 August 2021).

Officers from Narrabri Police Station were notified the following day and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

An extensive search over the weekend; however, Glenn could not be located.

Over the last two days, officers from Oxley Police District conducted an extensive search of the area and local waterways with the assistance of the Dog Unit, police divers, PolAir, the VRA, SES and RFS.

Police and family continue to hold serious concerns for Glenn's welfare as he has a medical condition.

Glenn is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall and of a medium build, and has short dark hair and brown coloured eyes.

He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved blue shirt with a red stripe and blue track pants.
