Renewed appeal to find man missing from Kogarah

Police have released CCTV footage as they continue to investigate the whereabouts of a man reported missing from the Kogarah area two weeks ago.

Zoran Poposvki, aged 54, was last seen about 11.30am on Railway Parade, Hurstville, earlier this month (Friday 14 April 2023).

When he could not be located, officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family members hold serious concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is considered out of character.

Zoran is described as being of Caucasian appearance with an olive complexion, about 165cm –170cm tall, of thin build, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a wearing a dark-coloured shirt, dark-coloured pants, and may be wearing glasses.

Despite extensive inquiries and a statewide public appeal, Zoran is yet to be located.

Police have now sourced CCTV footage which shows Zoran walking along Ormonde Parade, Hurstville, a short time after he was last seen on Friday 14 April 2023.

Police have also released footage of Zoran entering a shopping centre on Ormonde Parade, Hurstville, about 12.10pm the same day (Friday 14 April 2023), in the hope someone may remember seeing him.

Zoran is known to frequent the Kogarah, Hurstville, Rockdale and Brighton Le Sands areas.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts, or who may have seen him, is urged to call St George Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
