Flooding and foundering of a stern trawler approximately 36 nautical miles east of Lerwick, Shetland Islands, Scotland.
Today, we have published our accident investigation report into the flooding and foundering of the stern trawler Opportune (LK 209) on 24 March 2024.
A safety flyer to the fishing industry has also been produced with this report.
