Rider injured in Croydon Park crash

A rider was injured after a collision between his motorcycle and a car at Croydon Park overnight.

About 3:15am today (Tuesday 1 January 2019), emergency services were called to Georges River Road after reports of a crash.

The 24-year-old male was taken to RPA in a serious condition. Further checks revealed his injuries are not considered to be life threatening.

The male vehicle driver was taken to Concord Hospital for mandatory testing.
