Child Abuse Squad detectives have charged a man with alleged child sexual assault offences in the state's south.
In November 2025, officers attached to State Crime Command's Child Abuse Squad commenced inquiries into allegations of indecent assault on two children, aged 12 and 13 between 2023 and 2025.
Following inquiries, about 9am today (Friday 24 April 2026), detectives attached to State Crime Command's Child Abuse Squad executed a search warrant at a home in Wagga Wagga.
Police allegedly seized an endoscope camera, CCTV and mobile phones for forensic examination.
A 33-year-old man was arrested and taken to Wagga Wagga Police Station.
He was charged with three counts of intentionally do sexual act with child more than 10 & less than 16yrs (DV), two counts of intentionally sexually touch child more than 10yrs and less than 16yrs (DV), and film person in private act without consent-aggravated.
He was granted strict conditional bail to appear in Wagga Wagga Local Court on Tuesday 30 June 2026.
