Bayside Council will be carrying out essential night-time maintenance works on General Holmes Drive and Wentworth Avenue in Botany from Monday 2 March to Friday 6 March, between 10pm and 5am, to help keep our roads safe, well maintained and looking their best.
The works will focus on the median strips, with crews undertaking vegetation maintenance to improve sightlines, support healthy plant growth and ensure road safety standards are maintained. This important work helps create safer driving conditions for motorists while enhancing the appearance of these busy roads.
To reduce disruption during peak travel times and to ensure the safety of both workers and road users, all activities will be carried out overnight.
While every effort will be made to minimise impacts, partial road closures may be required at times. Motorists are advised to drive with care, follow traffic signage and obey all enforced road rules while works are underway.
