Road toll rises after Yorke Peninsula Crash, SA

A man has died following a single car collision on the Yorke Peninsula on Thursday, according to SA Police.

At 7.50am on Thursday 10 November a Mitsubishi wagon that was travelling west along the St Vincent Highway at Honiton left the road and collided with an embankment.

The driver and sole occupant of the car, an 80-year-old man from Edithburgh, was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment but sadly died yesterday afternoon.

The man’s death brings the State’s road toll to 78 compared with 93 at the same time last year.
