Roadworks across MidCoast

MidCoast Council

Final road sealing work to recently repaired roads across the region will begin on Monday 16 October and take one week to complete, weather permitting.

Work will begin at approximately 7am and finish before 6pm each day. Traffic control will be on site with minor delays expected. Please allow extra travel time during the completion of these important maintenance projects.

  • Central Lansdowne Road, Lansdowne, Monday 16 October
  • Bulga Road, Bobin, Tuesday 17 October
  • Wherrol Flat Road, Wherrol Flat, Wednesday 18 October
  • Jacks Road, Gloucester, Wednesday 18 October
  • Wallanbah Road, Dyers Crossing, Thursday 19 October

This project is part of MidCoast Council's $7.5m road maintenance program.

"Floods and heavy rain events have had an enormous impact on our aging rural roads. Improving road safety and driveability for our communities is a top priority for Council," said Director of Infrastructure and Engineering Services Robert Scott.
