Robbery With Violence At Kilcoy

Detectives from Caboolture Criminal Investigation Branch have released CCTV vision as part of their investigations into an alleged robbery and assault at a business in Kilcoy on 4 January.

Initial investigations indicate that around 1.45pm, a man entered a business on William Street and approached the 21-year-old male victim, who was seated at a table, before snatching the keys to his vehicle and fleeing.

The victim gave chase and an altercation occurred between the two men, during which the victim was threatened with a knife.

During the altercation, the victim was able to retrieve his keys, and the man ran away on foot.

Investigators have released CCTV vision of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

Police are urging anyone who recognises the man, or who may have relevant dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
