Robbie Farah to play game 300

NRL CEO Todd Greenberg has congratulated Wests Tigers hooker Robbie Farah on his 300-game milestone.

Farah will become the 39th player to join the 300 Club tonight (Friday, July 26) when the Tigers play Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium.

Following Benji Marshall's milestone game in Round 17, Farah will also become the second Tigers player to achieve the feat in a fortnight.

Farah, who made his NRL debut in 2003, plays his 274th game for the Tigers after 26 games for South Sydney in 2017-18.

Additionally, Farah has played eight Test matches for Australia, five for Lebanon, and 16 matches for NSW.

"Robbie has enjoyed a wonderful career, particularly at Wests Tigers," Mr Greenberg said.

"He is as passionate an individual as we are likely to see in this game, and he is driven to get the best out of himself as well as his teammates.

"He has been a foundation for the Tigers in recent times and deserves to reach this milestone."

Mr Greenberg will present Farah with his 300-game match ball following tonight's match.
