As stage two begins, traffic arrangements will change to allow Council's crews to work on the middle section of the roundabout.

This means, there will be traffic control staff in the area from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 7am until 1pm on Saturday.

Nearby businesses are open, otherwise avoid the area if you can.

During the day, all traffic travels on the existing road, the western side of the roundabout.

However outside construction times, all northbound traffic will travel on the eastern side, and southbound will travel on the western side.

There will be no right hand turn into Wentworth Lane, all Woodward street southbound traffic must travel through the intersection.

Also there will be no right hand turn out of Wentworth Lane, all Wentworth Lane eastbound traffic must turn left and head north on Woodward Street.

Stage two:

This traffic set-up will be in place for about two weeks, depending on the weather.

Then, all Woodward Street traffic will swap from the western side of the construction to the eastern side of the construction, while the Wentworth Lane side is completed.

Please slow down and drive carefully through this area.

There will be detours in place.
