Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Rowan Proctor.
The 46 year-old is wanted on warrant for assault-related offences.
He is known to frequent the Longwarry, Warragul, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Prahran, St Kilda, Rowville and Box Hill areas.
Investigators have released an image of Proctor in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
