
Willoughby City Councillor Angelo Rozos has been re-elected as Deputy Mayor at the Council Meeting held on Monday 27 October 2025.
Councillor Rozos brings more than a decade of service and strong local leadership to the role, having previously served as Deputy Mayor in 2021 and again following the 2024 Council elections. His re-election reflects the continued trust and confidence of his fellow Councillors.
A long-time advocate for the Middle Harbour Ward, Councillor Rozos has championed improvements at Willoughby Park and surrounding ovals. He is passionate about creating vibrant open spaces, enhancing local playgrounds and ensuring families have access to high-quality recreational facilities. He is also a strong supporter of small businesses and local sporting groups, recognising their role in building a connected and resilient community.
Born and raised in Willoughby, Councillor Rozos now lives locally with his wife Megan and their young family, continuing his commitment to ensuring Willoughby is a place where families, businesses and communities can grow and thrive.
