Police can confirm a person has died following a crash on Tamingi Street in Ruakākā this afternoon.
Sadly the sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene.
Initial indications are that the person is believed to have had a medical event.
The death will be referred to the Coroner.
Tamingi Street has since reopened after being closed off for a short time.
