Samsung Phone Issue Affecting 000 Calls

Police have been made aware that some older Samsung mobile phones are having issues when dialling 000.

If you are affected, your mobile network will contact you within 28 days to advise you of your options.

If you believe you could be affected then you can also contact your phone provider to check if your phone needs to be updated or replaced.
