Sara Shafiee is a senior researcher at DTU Construct and co-founder of the start-up company DivERS, which has developed an AI-based recruitment solution for blind recruitment. The tool anonymises applications and makes it possible to focus on candidates' professional qualifications rather than identity markers – with the aim of reducing unconscious bias in hiring processes.
