Our community has been deeply shaken by the tragic school bus incident at the intersection of Hamilton Highway and Friend-in-Hand Road near Stonehaven.While the full circumstances are still being investigated, we understand a young student has tragically lost their life and several others have sustained injuries.
Emergency services responded swiftly and professionally, and we extend our sincere thanks to all involved.
On behalf of the City, I offer my deepest condolences to the family affected, those injured, and the entire Christian College Geelong community.
