Screen Territory to offer NT filmmaker opportunity to take part in internationally recognised program

Department of Tourism, Sport and Culture

Screen Territory, together with US development company Imagine Impact, invite NT filmmakers to apply for an intensive mentorship program to discover and cultivate storytellers.

Held in Melbourne in June, the eight-week program will provide one Territorian the opportunity to develop and pitch their film projects to global industry leaders. It's the first time the Imagine Impact program is being run outside of the US.

In 2019 Territory filmmaker Philip Tarl Denson was selected to participate in Imagine Impact's Los Angeles program and worked with world-class screen and TV writers to develop his television series Anomaly. Philip's latest project, Fracketty Frack: It's the Frackpocalypse, received $5,000 in Seed Funding through Screen Territory in the 2018/2019 funding round.

Applications for the Impact Australia program open on 3 March 2020.
