SE man charged with possess CEM, South Australia

A man will face court after being arrested by Public Protection Branch officers today.

On Wednesday 2 March police from the Public Protection Branch arrested a 57-year-old Limestone Coast man and charged him with one count aggravated and one count basic possession of child exploitation material.

He was refused police bail and will appear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court tomorrow, Thursday 3 March 2022.

It is an offence against Section 67 of the Child Sex Offenders Registration Act for a person to disclose information obtained under the Act which includes the name of a registrable offender.
