A search is underway for a missing swimmer at Happy Valley this afternoon, 11 March.
Around 2pm, police and emergency services were called to the beach at Happy Valley, Caloundra, following reports a swimmer had gone missing in the water.
Water Police, helicopter, jet skis and foot patrols are working with surf life savers to locate the swimmer.
The swimmer is described as a male in his 60's with a bald head.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the missing swimmer is urged to contact police.
