Police and emergency services are searching for two people in the water off Cape Carnot, near Whaler's Way Sanctuary, on the Eyre Peninsula.
The alarm was raised just after 1.30pm on Sunday 21 April when two people were swept off rocks and into the water.
Emergency services rushed to the area and commenced searching by land, air and sea.
The Police Helicopter (PolAir) Sea Rescue Squadron is assisting in the search.
