Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Tayla Hobbins, Victoria Police say.
The 12-year-old was last seen yesterday about 11pm on High Street in Melton.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Tayla is known to frequent the Melton, St Albans and CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Tayla in the hope someone recognises her.
Anyone who sights Tayla is urged to contact Melton Police Station on 9747 7999.
