Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Thuy Thi Tran and her two children, Victoria Police say.
The 27-year-old and the children, two-year-old Emily Nguyen and four-year-old Caysy Nguyen, were last seen on 14 February 2017 in St Albans.
Police have concerns for their welfare as both the children require medical attention and due to the length of time since authorities have heard from them.
Police believe Thuy and her children have been frequenting the suburbs of Avondale Heights, St Albans, Sunshine and Richmond.
Police have released an image of Thuy, Emily and Caysy in the hope someone may know their current whereabouts.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Thuy, Emily and Caysy is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
